As of this posting on 10-20-99, according to United States Trademark Commission records, the ™ symbol may only be displayed next to or associated with the letters "CMO" within our graphic logo as shown at right.

Thanks to you, an enormous amount of fraud has been reported. Even companies held in high respect have incorrectly displayed the ™ symbol next to the letters CMO. Our investigation indicates that this fraud started at the industrial bulk supply level. It appears that bulk suppliers may have passed incorrect trademark information on to their clients.

Many honest and reputable companies that were victims of this fraud are now taking measures to remove the ™ symbol from their labels thanks to your efforts. In fact, many of them will be purchasing authentic CMO from us in the future. They have requested we remove their names from the postings on this web site and we have complied. We are taking action to notify all of the companies you have brought to our attention, and invite you to continue in your diligence. It is the direct result of your work as careful consumers that has brought about the changes you will witness in the next few months. According to United States Trademark Commission records, the ™ symbol may be displayed next combinations of other letters that include CMO such as "CMO-Cis-9™",  "Arth-CMO™",   "CMO-Sports™" and etc. The trademarks mentioned here are in fact authentic CMO.
